I am on my third bottle/month of trying turmeric. I really can't tell you that I have had an improvement in my symptoms, which are back and knee related. Perhaps I am not the arthritic patient that would see results from this. However, the product is consistent in color and swallows easily if you don't think about it too much. I take three in the morning after some food and I was going to try three again at night but kept forgetting. Dosage on the bottle says three capsules twice a day and that is a very high mg dose. I notice no ill effects, diarrhea, stomach upset, etc. So it can't hurt for as little longer and the second bottle was free with a coupon that came with the first. I'll try another month....

I got this for my husband during a liver cleanse and because he had shoulder pain but needed to avoid medications. So I took it with him just try it. To my amazement, the joint pain in my own knees was relieved. I was taking Aleve by the pair almost daily (only skipping because it’s a lot of meds for me- I suffered the days I didn’t take it). I have not used a single Aleve since trying this, it worked that fast for me! Even on the days I forgot to supplement, the relief was sustained. This has helped me so much. I highly recommend at least giving it a try. It’s made in USA, no turmeric taste, inexpensive, and best of all it works! I’m in no way compensated to review, just amazed and happy to share for anyone still deciding.
